Vibeke

Country: Norway
Height: 165cm (5.41ft)
Weight: 47kg (104lbs)
Age: 27
Occupation: Gymnast
Tautened & Toned
In the early days of Hegre-Art, the sequences of photographs of girls practising yoga received more mail than anything else.
ALL THE models were extremely popular, but none more so than Vibeke, an old friend of Petter Hegre from Stavanger in Norway. Most Hegre Girls are ambitious, but few have the thorough dedication of Vibeke: as a gymnast every muscle must be strengthened, tautened and toned, every calorie counted, every movement defined and perfect.
But there's more. Vibeke also happens to be Petter's favorite stylist, helping him prepare models for photo shoots, choosing props and keeping an eye on the details. It may seem a paradox, but the busier people are, the more time they have. And when you practise yoga, the more relaxed you are, too.
It is, as Vibeke says, the mental more than the physical training that drives energy into your daily life.
