Hi BSD-
First, let me just say "Congratulations!" on the upcoming birth of your new baby. All the best to your whole family.
I've been feeling terrible for you as I followed the nightmare going on with the server. I was excited the other day when the forum finally popped back up on my screen. I hope this new set up works out OK...it sounds like it will.
Well, I was unable to log in. I wasn't too concerned, considering everything that had been going on, and figured there was lots to get done with the switch-over and all. I don't know if this was a mistake to do this or not, but I just clicked the "Forgot Password" button (I've had some memberships before that, when I had a log in problem, I did that and afterwards I could log in OK...just thought I would try it). Anyway, I figured it would straighten out one way or another.
So, I have another email address that I use for business, transactions, etc, that I only look at every once in a while. I was just over there and saw:
(1)my notification from PayPal, saying that my payment to GNDI had been received (dated 05/31), and
(2)another notice, saying my membership to GNDI had been canceled (dated 06/14).
At first, I wasn't sure what to think...whether it was just a technical process involved with the switch-over, or if maybe I did something wrong or pissed you off somehow. I sincerely hope it is more likely the former than the latter. I really like GNDI and don't want to lose it. If I did do something wrong, please let me know. Also, with everything that's going on, I would be very happy if there's anything I can do to help...with anything.
In the past, I've sent some emails to sites/forums for help with a problem, and all I could get back were responses concerning "me getting a refund". Please know this: I DO NOT WANT A REFUND! I want to be a member of GNDI.
